When we agreed to open Rocky Mountain Roasting at the East end of Bozeman’s main street, we were able to start from a clean slate. A big new building with lots of light from windows that allowed the customer to view the bright skies from South, West, and North plus the addition of a drive thru for the customer on the go. We wanted to establish a common theme for our new stores that could resonate anywhere. The store has large booth seating coupled with two, four and eight top tabling. We added a small deli that does fresh baked pastry along with sandwiches and soups. Out side seating is available on our patio. The convenience of Bozeman’s new library across the street and the serene setting of Lindly Park is a half block from our front door.
