the most spectacular mountain ranges in the Rockies,

Wheat farmers, ranchers, world-class skiers, climbers,
college students, serious coffee drinkers, and various
eccentrics, call this area home.
 

Hal and Cristina Berg opened Rocky Mountain
Roasting Co. in 1992 in Downtown Bozeman. From
the very beginning, Hal and Cristina’s goal was to
provide the best coffee possible to their hometown
and neighbors. Equipped with 12 kilo Probat Roaster,
great intuition and a commitment to excellence, they
spent many hours selecting, roasting and blending
choice beans from all parts of the world to come up
with a range of coffees to satisfy a wide range of tastes.
 

With attention to quality coffee, and friendly service,
Rocky Mountain Roasting Co. soon outgrew its first
store and now has seven stores; Belgrade, Helena,
Bozeman. With growth, our goals remain the same.
We continue to carefully select the best green beans
from around the world, and do our own roasting in small
batches, to insure the highest quality and freshest
coffees. The 12-kilo roaster and the 45 kilo roaster
have now been joined with the 25-kilo machine, and we
proudly offer our various roasts and blends to stores
throughout the region and via phone or Internet to
customers throughout the world.
